David Bowie Remembered
We remember the late, great David Bowie four years after his untimely passing. The prints in this collection showcase Bowie’s early career in Beckenham in the late ‘60s, the rise of Ziggy Stardust and his changing personas in the decades that follow, through to one of his final live performances in 2003. The images capture his innovative and uncompromising musical genius.
Our print includes shots by photographer Geoff MacCormack, David Bowie's friend, band member and travel companion. These fantastic personal and candid images, referred to by Geoff as 'holiday snaps' were taken between 1973 and 1976. Also featured are iconic images, including the classic 'Aladdin Sane', by Brian Duffy and some newly added stunning portraits by Jorgen Angel.
The collection also includes shots by Mick Rock, Barrie Wentzell, Steve Rapport, Michael Putland, Alec Byrne, Barry Schultz, Ian Dickson, Terry Pastor, Mark Mawston, Stefan Wallgren, Janet Macoska, Fernando Aceves, Ray Stevenson and Dave Hogan
