All payments for orders are processed through Sage Pay Europe Ltd or PayPal. We do not store your payment details. We shall use this information to enable us to process this order and contact you with relevant information pertaining to it where appropriate.

Rockarchive.com send out regular email newsletters & invites to customers who opt in to receive emails via the newsletter sign up page or from their order confirmation. Newsletters contain information regarding new prints, new artists, specials offers, exhibitions, news and invitations to private views. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter they receive to their inbox or by contacting us by email at info@rockarchive.com and requesting to be unsubscribed. Rockarchive.com do not share email addresses with third parties.
The information provided to Rockarchive is saved indefinitely and shall not be kept for longer than necessary or required by law. Information may be stored on one or more databases directly or indirectly maintained by Rockarchive. We make every effort to ensure data is not lost, misused or altered. Rockarchive.com does not hold sensitive information, such as credit card numbers collected for commercial transactions. All customers can request data we hold on them and will receive this in within 30 days. Individuals can request that their personal data be erased (right to be forgotten) either by email or telephone. Rockarchive will respond to all such requests within 30 days.
