Fleetwood Mac

Fleetwood Mac are one of the world's greatest rock bands having sold over more than 100 million records over the last 50 years. Initially conceived as a hard-edged British blues combo in the late '60s, the band gradually evolved into a polished pop/rock act.

The band was founded in London in 1967 by drummer Mick Fleetwood, and guitarists Jeremy Spencer and Peter Green. Over the course of the group's history a variety of different artists joined the band. The band's most famous line-up included John McVie, Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham alongside founder member Mick Fleetwood, who together in 1977 released Fleetwood Mac's eleventh album 'Rumours'. 'Rumours' is generally regarded as Fleetwood Mac's best album & one of the greatest records of all time. It went on to sell over 40 million copies worldwide and won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 1978
