Chip Off The Old block, or Big Chip, is a limited edition Storm Thorgerson print printed by the renowned Coriander Studios in London, UK.
The image was used on the cover of the 2009 Pink Floyd singles calendar. Of the design, Storm said he had "been long enamoured of the idea of a big black cube plonked in the middle of nowhere in particular." Storm's son appears in the image, hence its Chip Off The Old Block title and the block here represents vinyl singles as illustrated by the grooves.
Limited edition of 50. This edition is signed by Storm Thorgerson.
