Bob Dylan photographed by Jill Furmanovsky at the Piazza Grande in Modena, Italy in 2000.
Jill Furmanovsky recalls, 'I met Bob Dylan at Glastonbury in 1998. He invited me on stage to shoot pictures of him – a great honour. I hoped that would lead to a stint shooting on the never-ending tour, but so far that has eluded me, although I did go on a 'Bobquest' for a few years, which produced some hilarious moments. This is Bob and bass player Tony Garnier, snatched at an open air concert in Italy. It reflects a beautiful partnership. The two 'banditos' have been on the road together for nearly 20 years.'
This image is available as a 20x16" silver gelatin print in an edition of 30. It is also available as a giclee print at sizes A1 or A0 from an edition of just 10. All prints are numbered, signed by Jill Furmanovsky and come with a certificate of authenticity.

A traditional dark room print is hand printed by a master printer in a darkroom from the original negative. In a world of digital printing, hand printing has become both different and special. Putting a Black and White or colour negative into an enlarger and “making” a print by hand gives a crafted and individual feel.
Our printers will apply their skill and interpretation to make the best prints from your negatives - prints are individually enlarged, dodged and shaded for the best results.
Ilford Warmtone Fibre Based paper is specifically designed for the creative printer wanting the ultimate in quality, with warm image colour and a high response to toning techniques. It is a premium quality, variable contrast, black and white photographic paper, coated onto a 255g/m2 fibre base.
This product will, quite simply, deliver a final quality print unlike anything else you can use in the darkroom, which is why it is so extensively used around the world for exhibition printing. It consistently produces the superior quality expected from an ILFORD photographic paper, and it’s versatility and response to darkroom techniques never fails to please.

If you live in London we can arrange to get your print framed for you. Once the print is framed you can either collect it from our London Rockarchive Studio, in Kentish Town or we can arrange for it to be delivered to your London address (at an extra charge).
