We are delighted to announce the launch of a new range of limited edition prints by acclaimed music photographer, Brian Aris.
Before becoming a music photographer, Brian began his career as a photojournalist completing a series of frontline assignments that took him around the world. However, in the mid-seventies Brian decided on a change of direction and opened a studio in Central London where he started photographing fashion and glamour models. As his studio work with music stars such as Debbie Harry, The Jam, The Police and The Clash developed, Brian decided to dedicate his career to music photography and during the next two decades he covered every aspect of the music scene from punk rock, glam’ rock and straight rock ‘n’ roll to the emergence of the boy bands and girl power.
Brian’s photo archive now represents one of the largest individual collections in the UK and contains some of music’s most enduring and iconic shots. Below we have selected some of our favourite of Brian’s images. To view our full range of Brian Aris prints please see the photos below
