Glastonbury photo competition 2011

20/06/2011

Following the success of our Glastonbury photo competition in 2009, we have decided to let all you festival goers have another crack at it! 2009 saw our email inbox flooded with entries, great photos showing every single aspect of the festival. Showing here above are the winning images taken by Leon Neal, and runners up Christopher Brown-Colbert and Sam Goodwin. Down the side were images the judges thought should be highly commended.

This year the competition will be as follows...

All photos must be taken at the Glastonbury Festival this year, email them to glastonbury2011@rockarchive.com. Entries must be received by the end of 14th July. Then we will judge them all and the final 8 will be posted on the Rockarchive Facebook page. The public will then have the final decision on the winning image, the image with the most 'LIKES' by the end of August will be the grand winner, and will receive a fabulous prize to be announced soon. Remember, be creative, photos can be taken on any format of camera, be it your £3000 SLR, camera phone or even your pinhole camera made from an old fizzy drink can! It's what the image is about and represents that makes the difference.

So get snapping, we look forward to seeing your results!
