For me, this picture sums up John & Yoko 1969, the look of wrapt feeling that Yoko feels for John as he delivers his words says it all. They could not then have known how difficult the path ahead would be, the difficulties of getting married, getting accepted and having children, all the troubles of John’s career, the writing and publication of ‘Imagine’, their internecine problems, right up to the moment of his death. Only the two of them existed for each other.
